    Problem with Gyeon products is that when you once try them, everything else out there looks sad, and you cannot stop giving money to Gyeon... Their consistency over the WHOLE product range is simply insane...

    Yes, the gloss improvement is significant and the increase in slickness is quite palpable with this product. I have been very impressed with the performance of Gyeon's line of products, as they just work as advertised and work quite well. Thanks, Jon, for showcasing these products and helping to spread the awareness of what's out there and how well it works. Your thoughtful insights are much appreciated.

    This has been my favorite detailing product for the last year and a half. Started using it when I first tried Gyeon wax, then used it to top-off or as a drying aid on top of NV Nova Jet. It bonds well with every surface. I have used it both sparingly and heavily and it works well both ways, especially if you just switch to the two towel method like you mentioned. It always performs, lasts about a month if heavily applied, and really adds tons of gloss and slickness. No wiper judder when using on windshield. It doesn’t attract dust like beadmaker. Fantastic product, reasonable price, reasonable longevity, and can be used specifically how you need it to depending on your experience detailing. I wash my car about every three weeks (garaged stored) and it is just about perfect for my current needs.

    I bought the range of products to upkeep my JCW that I had 2 staged and Gyeon 5 year coated but sold it within a week of first maintenance wash by the guy who coated it. I have a customer who purchased a BMW 2 series with a coating so looking forward to a dry day to try out the products but I have tried the tyre cleaner it it goes to No 1 on my list and relegates GT wheel soap. I have started to use Wet Coat on plastic wheel arches with good effect. I have gone electric with Jaguar but not had a chance to properly detail it due to weather constraints but I will continue to use Mitchell and King waxes as I enjoy the process and gloss, reflection or wetness depending on which one I use.

    My car was coated with Gyeon Mohs EVO, CanCoat Evo, and the next day Cure. And Ceramic Detailer is my maintenance product. First time I just put it on dry car(after washing). It was good. Second time, and from now on my routine is liberally sprayed directly on car when wet and towel dry, then apply to dry car via towel, and follow up with thorough buffing with the dry microfiber towel. The already great shine just explodes as I buff. I really love the Gyeon products.

    Always loved this product Jon. Used it since it was released to maintain EVO ONE. Amazing quality detailer from a top brand - glossy, very hydrophobic and a doddle to use. Have a 1L version so i know it’s good! (Agree on that 400ml offering, Gyeon please do away with it😂).

    Since you have so much experience with Gyeon products, would you say that Gyeon ceramic detailer is pretty much diluted Gyeon Cure, or is the Cure still on its own pretty different ❓ Great demo.

    Shouldn’t this be considered more of a light sealant rather than a quick detailer? Because it seems it isnt really made to remove light dirt or dust like a QD usually does.

    I have not bought any gyeon product yet, this bottle looks like a sample. They are all so expensive. And all quick detailers are unreasonably expensive to be fair.
    And then I watch videos from the USA where meguiars and TW quick detailers cost 4-5$..
    What I`ve come up to is carpro Ech2o which is dillutable, it gives great shine and leaves serious protecion.

    So what would be the difference between this, and their "Wet coat" product ?. They would almost seem to be the same thing. Ive used WetCoat for a few years now. Its great for the winter as it keeps your car clean. Dirt does not stick and the rain has a rinsing / cleaning effect.

    • @jwilson1744
      @jwilson1744 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can’t use WC on a dry car. You can use this wet (rinse aid) or dry (detailer after towel drying).
      You have to rinse WC off, then dry, but you just buff this off.
      WC lasts quite a bit longer.
      Agree WC is good stuff. I’m looking for the ‘dry’ version that lasts just as long, not sure this is quite it. In a hose pipe ban area, so can’t use WC at the moment.

    • @ekialkovic4150
      @ekialkovic4150 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wet coat is spray and rinse product while you wash your car... Ceramic detailer is a "quick detailer" type of product... You can use it as shown early in the video, spraying some on car and buffing it with MF towel, or as a drying aid (but as it is sio2 based, it will clogg your drying towel), so I personally recommend Gyeon Quick detailer as "drying aid" over Ceramic detailer...
