I really wish this reporter dug into the bad stuff Frank did wearing his badge. He wasn’t a perfect police officer by far!! Providence police force had a bunch of bad apples in the 80’s and 90’s. Some of them were working with career criminals selling and stealing drugs from drug dealers. One day someone should do a documentary on the providence police force from the late 70’s into the early 2000’s.
