As with your last explore, I checked the tax/MoT history of most of the vehicles you looked at.

It is of the type used by road repair gangs in the late 1950's/early 1960's. They were fueled by paraffin and were the precursor of those yellow, flashing battery-powered things we see nowadays.

More rare that's a VM diesel engine not rare in itself but the fact its had the Janspeed turbo upgrade which was a £1500 after market option fair chunk in 1979. You could have the same upgrade done on the Range Rover V8 too😉 What's the odds of you finding that many 3 door Range. That's a sign mate you need to buy one.

Hi the green van at 9.10 is a dodge 50 was often used by m.e.b and water board in the 1980’s if this was in Gloucester I would of got some of them running again ... great video 👍
Idea to wash & dry your feet then spray and let to dry with antiperspirant before putting on socks so your feet don't sweat and make your socks damp and consequently feet cold.
If the guy working on and refurbished boats which is what it looks like the engine of choice for fishing boats is either Peugeot diesels or perkins diesel. Some of the LDV in that yard run Peugeot engines and also perkins. Slow revving diesel engines. I've helped do quite afew conversions using pug engines on fishing boats and canal boats.

I think the Range Rover conversion was with the Italian VM engine conversion, in the 80s Land Rover sold the Range Rover 5 door with a Diesel engine, the engine they chose was the VM 2.4 TD which wasn’t brilliant, they had separate heads from memory and I think that’s the same engine in the first Range Rover but Jan speed have converted it from the V8, they then used the 200tdi and later the 300tdi which was in the second one you looked at which was produced my Land Rover, brilliant engine!
This was one of the best explores ever. I've never seen so many Puegeot cars in one place. The sad thing about a number of your videos is that you find so many 3 door Range Rovers. They are rare, and in my eyes extremely collectable and desirable. A great explore
Love it if you would start writing where you are when you go on your adventures not exactly just the town you are in would be nice. All those pugs are for replacement engines for the LDVs well known for blowing engines and they were fitted with pug engines or Land Rover pug engines lasted longer I bet all those cars have no engines
There are lots of places like this, It could be a persons collection and when they passed away the family may not have any interest I'm any of it so just left it! Just one of many thing that could of happened??
Unbelievable how they discard cars and boats as if they were nothing. Why don't they sell, pack or ship to other countries these cars are in good condition to be scrapped that way. Here in Brazil they would rotate until the wheels fall
Funny you would think the insurance a lot cheaper with a diesel, might have declared it to the insurance company but not dvla but that doesn't make much sense it would show up on the MOT.

The RR has a vm motori engine
It was used in the later ones
The 310d Mercedes is a, 2.9 5 cylinder diesel and are worth good money now

DRL 923V was an ex-MOD Bedford truck. There is a photo of it on Flickr, just put the plate in the search bar.

Low mileage cars we just disconnect the speedo or wind the digits back in the 60' and 70' it was done a lot
Just done a check on the brown Range Rover and it’s a 1975 with a 3.5 v8. Not a Diesel. Something dodgy going on there I think.
