Hi thanks for the video. I have tried using high quality acrylic colors in a tube, mixed them with distilled water alcohol and glycerin then filtered with the Covid mask filter. It works. My question: is it possbile that the additives of non-specific lrr airbrush colors will ruin the airbrush?
Thanks for the question. Sorry it's taken us so long to reply. Yes, Dan did modify the tissue box. Take out most of the tissue or use a box that is almost empty, maybe around 30 tissues left. Use an exacto blade to cut 6 or 7 small squares along the bottom, maybe an inch from the bottom. Then use duct tape to cover a little over half of the seam, then add a piece horizontally as well. Once the tissues become too wet, remove and add more. This can all be seen is his video. I stopped it where you can see things clearly, follow this link: th-cam.com/video/_G7-C9k-HtY/w-d-xo.html
OK Edu we haven't experimented with putting thinned down gouache into an airbrush machine, but we don't see why that wouldn't work. Definitely let us know if you do test this out! It sounds like the combination could have incredible results.
Can you add some darker paint and mix it without cleaning? I know it doesn't give you known proportions, but just for the sake of one painting. If I add some white to brighten the colors (1-2 drops), I always end up with spitting almost white instead of the color that I see in cup. :(
How much pressure do You apply to your airbrashes ? what cleaner do You use for cleaning ? a brand of glass cleaner ? thank for Your attention. Luciano from Republic of San Marino.
Thanks for your questions Luciano. We recommend 20-30 psi pressure. For clean up: when using water based paints use water to cleans up, for all other mediums use lacquer thinner for clean up.

Can you give a little more information on the tissue box that you spray into to hold the fumes? Did you modify it at all? How do you use it?

I like painting with gouache. Can I put layers of airspray gouache with water in an airbrush above the painting? I never used it before.

Michal - Our resident airbrush expert, Bryan, says to not mix it in the cup. Use a clean airbrush and add new color mix. Keep creating
That is exactly... not the answer to my question.

Maybe "Golden". You can kind of see the brand name at 4:12 after setting down the bottle.
