The Kareliya, a Project 864 or Vishnya-class signals intelligence-gathering ship, is part of the Russian Pacific Fleet based in the Sea of Japan.

This happens all the time at sea, when I was in the Canadian Navy the HMCS Saskatewan side swiped the Balsam, a Russian intelligence ship, removing about 100 feet of paint off both vessels when it was off the coast of Bremerton Washington monitoring the US Trident Nuclear sub base.

That’s probably what they did.
I think that protocol I could be wrong! I dated two people in the Navy one was on a ship battleship the other was in a submarine, not at the same time! Many years apart but I think that’s what they did. I could be wrong but after they got out, that’s kind of what I heard them say that they did they just had to let them know and wait for someone higher up to decide what to do. Also think it could be a different situation. They started evasive maneuvers and was causing chaos to try to get the US or for that fact, any other country to start fighting between the countries! Personally, this day and time I think we need to make our military as strong as it was at one point if not stronger because this video itself is showing me and I’m hoping others that the Russia and the Chinese Navy are here to play and they think that the US Navy or any military for that fact or gonna run hard we need to show them that we stand our ground and we’re not gonna let them take over just because they think they can! Now as far as the Ukraine and Russia situation, I think the US personally has performing and that war then it should’ve been where is all the help for Israel and free and and helping them out when the Ukraine and Russia situation has always been an ongoing deal they’ve always had Russia always been trying to put their foot into Europe and they’re just showing their ability where Israel is basically on their own and I matter then HELL over the fact of the way Joe Biden pulled out our troops and left Oliver equipment over there and now it was used and it’s been proven as fact our, military equipment that was left millions of dollars worth for billions probably for the television or whoever to take it and use it and that’s exactly what happened and as a Republican I totally disagree that we have not or did not go back and get air equipment. This is new equipment that had to be replaced. Taxes are high food is high electric bills are high mortgages high high and people keep wondering why and my opinion is and like I said this is just my opinion, the national diet that the United States is in right now is over 100 trillion. It’s ridiculous. We are a country that can make it on our own without help from other countries and we don’t know exactly what goes on behind closed doors. We can speculate all day long until we see it on paper handwritten, don’t know truly that once it comes down to it most if not all of the United States is somehow someway whether it be factories whether it be elections which we know that was the fact back in 2020 our own by other countries unless we get our heads out of our high end and start asking these questions people as voting Americans we have the right to ask do they have the right to answer? No, they can give you a long line a bull crap and lead you down a stair into a rabbit hole and you’re thinking OK I made a difference. it takes more than one person to ask the question to continue that question or similar to that question to get the answer and I think now more than ever we need these questions asked let’s do a history lesson the Vietnam war who here thinks that war was just a war just to see how long it would take for either the US or Vietnam to back down! We had countless people severely injured or dead, whose bodies I don’t think ever been found or returned to the US I could be wrong on that you can school me, but please do it politely I am a very passionate person. I’ll walk of life meaning every branch and my niece who is a junior in high school who has always wanted to be a veterinarian who will be 17 in October is starting to look at maybe joining the military, and when she tell me that I said I would 100% you stand with you for that if that is honestly what you want to do when she puts her mind to something she follows through! Now she’s wanting to be a veterinarian since she was three. She’s got a very warm, easy, go demeanor when it comes to animals all animals can be saved in her eyes no matter what’s going on with them and I respect that I’ve tried talking her into medical field into hospitals, but that has completely changed after I was in the hospital from Sunday to Thursday back in April. I’m still no better than I was when I left and I have seen my primary and had several labs and I’m still very upset and aggravated with the healthcare systems in the United States, but back to her to join the military I told her right said she said it I’ll back you. I will stand with you. I will be there the day you sign it and take the oath. And she said I appreciate that and I will probably need your support and I said sweetheart you got it where we live. There is less than 3000 people here this town has nothing for you. This county technically has nothing for you unless you’re in the healthcare or first responder Now my husband works for an ambulance service, but he is also a volunteer firefighter in town. He has even said he agrees if that’s what she wants to do. She needs to. She needs to get away from this area and grow as a person and not be told what kind of person to be, but become her own person With that statement, you can guess even before this I have always 1000% supported air troops whether it’s army Air Force navy Marines seal teams, black ops whatever it may be and I will continue to support them. If Philippine vessels use LRAD strong enough to be effective beyond the range of the Chinese water cannons, even if the Chinese side use the same, then there will be no non-lethal kinetic contact between the 2 sides because each will move to a safe distance outside the range of disturbance. The Chinese military authorizes the disclosure of the truth about the accident of the Seawolf class nuclear submarine USS Connecticut.
How the Chinese People's Liberation Army hunted the most advanced USS Connecticut Seawolf-class attack nuclear submarine in the South China Sea.
-October 2-The British aircraft carrier Queen Elizabeth, the American aircraft carrier Nimitz, the American aircraft carrier Roosevelt, and the Japanese aircraft carrier Izumo entered,with 17 other warships from the United States, Britain, Japan, the Netherlands, Canada and Australia, The South China Sea to conduct large-scale military exercises against China.
-October 2 to 4-The People's Liberation Army dispatched a large number of military aircraft to the South China Sea to conduct simulated attack exercises against these uninvited warships from the six countries of the United States, Britain, Japan, Holland, Canada and Australia.
-October 2-China's Guanlan Marine Science Guard observed the approximate position and depth of the USS Connecticut Seawolf class nuclear submarine when it entered the South China Sea. The Guanlan satellite sent data to the Super Measurement Center in Jinan to estimate the position of the Connecticut.
-China’s special detection device captured the ultra-low frequency sonar signals from the bow of the Connecticut and transmitted the data to the Sonar Analysis Center in Shanghai to accurately locate the position and depth of the Connecticut (1500 Meters).
-The Type 927 underwater acoustic detection ship stationed on Yongshou Island and the anti-submarine helicopter stationed on Yongxing Island were dispatched for detection.
-The Yun-8 military plane took off from the Hainan Air Force Base and carried out "sonic bombing” of the Connecticut with “sonic bombs” causing the submarine's personnel to be extremely uncomfortable due to the sonic shock, and forcing the submarine to try to escape.
-The Chinese HSU001 unmanned submarine slipped silently to attach itself to the bow of the Connecticut, away from its nuclear power plant, for a close local explosion attack, causing serious damage to the bow of the Connecticut and loss of its sonar navigation capabilities. The nuclear power plant of the Connecticut was are not affected, thus preventing nuclear leaks from the submarine into the sea.
-The Connecticut nuclear submarine, which lost its underwater submarine capability, was forced to float up and surrender. Due to the close surveillance of the navy and air force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, military aircraft and ships from the six countries of the United States, Japan, Britain, Australia, Holland, and Canada dared not come to rescue the Connecticut in their South China Sea exercise. Instead the Connecticut was "escorted" by the Chinese Navy and Air Force underwater before being released to the US.
-October 7th-The United States announced the Connecticut accident in an obscure manner.
-October 7-The Chinese Foreign Ministry urgently requested for details of the USS Connecticut incident from the US.
-October 22-The Chinese monitoring system detected another US nuclear submarine entering the South China Sea again near Huangyan Island. The Chinese military also forced the submarine to float up and limped to Guam.
The US nuclear submarines can no longer hide in the Waters off CHINA.

All we have to do is every time a enemy ship interferes with our ships we cut trade with that country. If it continues we stop all trade with that country for 2 months and after that we double it each time. The Chinese will soon keep their distance after that. Russia couldn't be any less assertive maritime wise if they tried. The Black Sea Fleet have been promoted to submarines courtesy of Ukraine (a country without a Navy) add to this the fact that the Russian Navy has a long and distinguished history of being well shit, there's not much to worry about.
The Chinese want to be careful as we now know how thin the hulls are on their cheaply made vessels courtesy of the Phillipines ramming one of their new coastguard ships with a much smaller lighter vessel and putting a huge hole in the Chinese vessels bow..

Indonesia has many 17,000 islands and many languages . If these many parts were behaving like taiwanese back then..we could see forever civil wars for independence probably till today. So I suggests to taiwanese.. don't be so selfish , no war is better then winning the war.
