Having the extra ring would actually make it easier for Sonic to fight because of the fact that Sonic's rings slowly drain while in Super/Hyper Form, and he loses 100 rings every time he takes damage outside of those. Having an extra ring wouldn't strain him, but rather make him stronger.
sometimes speed isn't always the answer.
sometimes to go fast you must be slow and concentrate.
sometimes it's not about how quick you can hit but how fast you can think.
often times you must survey your enemy, then strike hard and true.
don't lose focus you've come so far.
just breath and focus your slashes.

I was gonna kinda point out how Frisk/their narrator wouldn't know the blade is called Excalibur like that, but then I also realized it doesn't make much sense for them to know it's called Caliburn at first either.

@@twelve3871 I mean, Tails as Sans is totally possible, but it wouldn't make any sense. In fact, Laugh's head-canon only makes sense if Tails is Papyrus because at this point, Papyrus was the only important character that was found dead. Toriel hadn't been seen outside the Ruins in probably years.
