Last hear I used Gulp worms and caught a lot of panfish for the freezer. Each worm was about 8" long and I cut them into 1" to 1-1/2" pieces and each piece would often catch 4 to 6 fish. The real worms I bought wouldn't last more than 2 days even refrigerated. They would also catch bass and catfish.
Those little caves on the sides of the creek are so cool! Would you take a chance and stick your hands down those holes to try and catch those big cats “noodling” style?
I'm not so sure about that one. Those little holes were freaky. The amount of fish going into them was crazy. Whole sections of fish would disappear into those holes.
I think a Nikko tadpole would be perfect to fish in that creek. Normally, I would go smaller...like a Nikko caddisfly, but after seeing what was in there, the tadpole would have been my first go-to bait......BTW, I fish Nikko stuff all the time. It's addicting.
Is it legal to throw them back where you are ? Here in Louisiana it's illegal to throw them back
It is here because they are native
@@TBassFactory gotcha, thank you
@@TBassFactory they are very good eating BTW
Nice multi species day for sure keep it up bro great video 👍
Thanks bud i appreciate that!

Cichlids are aggressive, they put up a good fight and they taste much like tilapia. What’s not to like?
I’ve never eaten one. That’s interesting to hear they taste like tilapia but I do know they are a ton of fun to catch.
8:17 perfect bait for Gaint Bass put that on a hook and let it swim around I'm sure something would be interested in it
Yes! Those things stink bad so they would definitely find it.
I have These night crawlers and earthworms where I live. I don’t really like the red colours but I like the natural colours.
Yeah I’m the same way I like the natural colors
