- Our first visit to Kusadasi, we stayed at the Derici Hotel for 3 weeks, the hotel is in a great locationn, close the marina, the port and the centre of Kusadasi. The food in every restaurant we went to was fantastic, I can honestly say we never had a bad meal

Great video and fantastic hotel. Only one point though. The shops and restaurants are not 10 mins walk away. They start right on the hotel doorstep.

I don’t like liver and onions but Eileen says the way they make liver and onions in Turkey it always tastes amazing

Thanks for your comment, this was our first visit to Kusadasi and we really enjoyed it and would definitely go back again. We booked the package holiday with Jet2 flying from Newcastle, transfer from Izmir airport to the hotel was approximately 1 hour 15 minutes

@@jettravelvlogs4666 definitely give alanya a go cheap flights from Newcastle with sunexpress very good airline and lots to do in Alanya
@@jolene-vm8ygHi Jolene, I hope you are well, can you recommend any hotels in Alanya, must have plenty of sun loungers around the swimming pool, I don’t like the idea of having to set my alarm to claim a sun lounger in the morning x

Hi, we’re glad you enjoyed the video, the journey from Izmir airport to the Derici Hotel takes approximately one hour by coach, we enjoyed our stay here and we are going back again next year, so would recommend the hotel. The location is great and staff very friendly and helpful. We would also recommend asking for a sea view or side sea view room (we had a side sea view). Hope you enjoy your stay there if you do go.
