Archisman Pal is inborn Indian Musician as Music Director, Music Composer, Licensor of an European Film 'I am Greta', Founder & Director Of Sur Sadhana Chow Nrittya Academy, Founder of Gaanwala - Urban Folk Band, Writer, Lyricist, Editor of the international magazine Teen Ink, Coordinator in West Bengal of XR FFF IndiaClimate Youth and Membranephone & Latin Percussionist. He authored several short stories and novels, primarily for young children and teenagers. Archisman was born on 5th September, 2001 in Ukhra, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, India to Bijan Pal (fields in arts and philosophy) and Papiya Pal. Starting his career as a commercial artist, he was drawn into independent Membranephone Percussionist and Latin Percussionist. He was mainly inspired from his Gurujis Arijit Roy (A well reknowned Tabla player), Deep Chatterjee (Lead Vocalist at well reknowned Bangla Folk Band 'MATAN' and Researcher on Globalization of Bauls) and Deepak Sardar and Kartik Karmakar (Well reknowned Chhou dancer and Researcher). His first folk band work was with Matir Chhele, then to Sokhi the Soul Mates and to most well reknowned Bangla Band; Matan 'Transcultural Folk Band'. His first film work was 'I am Greta' (an European Social Film, winned Best Documentary Award from European Film Festival) with Johan Haggstorm, Fredrik Heining, Nathan Grossman and Cecilia Nessen on 2020 in B- Reel Filmswhich was screened on Germany, Sweden, America, etc. Archisman had received few notable awards and gained a prestigious position during his young lifetime;
First Position in District March Past Competition from Burdwan District Magistrate on 2014.

First Position in Tabla as a Tabla player from (ABP) Ananda Bajar Patrika on 2018.

দাদা আমার ছোট বেলা থেকে ইচছা তবলা শিখার। কিন্তু আমি যেখানে থাকি & আমার বাড়ির যা অবস্থা সেখানে পেটের ভাত জোগাড় করতেই সারাদিন শেষ হয়ে যায়। তাই আজও শেখা হয়ে উঠল না।
আমারও খুব ইচছা
তবলা, পাখওয়াজ, ধোলাক, বাংলা ঢোল, ডুবকি, মাদল, শ্রীখোল শেখার।
এখন বয়স 23।
কোন instrument থেকে start করলে এগুলা সব শেখা ঠিকঠাক অথেনটিক উপায়ে হবে দাদা?

তবলাটা যদি কেউ আগে শেখে তাহলে সে ফ্রাই সার্ভিসগুলোই একটু আইডিয়াতে করতে পারবে।
