I placed an order for a B&W headset on January 22nd, and as of February 11th, it's still not shipped, marking the fourth week. Despite reaching out to customer assistance multiple times, I've only received sporadic responses, consistently accompanied by additional delays. It's been a week since I last heard from them via email. To exacerbate the situation, they declined to expedite shipping, attributing the delay to their supplier rather than taking responsibility. This refusal and the attempt to shift blame, the long shipping time, is something you expect from a Chinese dropshipper not what one would expect from a premium store.

Sadly it sounds like what Pass Labs have released years ago, relative to his Threshold days in the 80’s😢🙈. The Home Depot power cord, is a slap in the face, for being a fool😤.
