Abbreviations:
mr- Magic ring
sc- Single crochet
inc- Increase
dec- decrease
bbl- Bubble stitch
Pattern:
Row 1:6 sc in mr (6)
Row 2:6 inc(12)
Row 3: 3 sc, inc, bbl, sc, inc, sc, bbl, inc, sc, inc (16)
Pop out the bubbles
Row 4: 16 sc (16)
Row 5: 8 sc, bbl, 7 sc (16)
Pop out the bubbles
Row 6: [1 sc, 1 dec]=x5, 1sc (11)
Row 7: [1 sc, 1 inc]=x5, 1sc (16)
Row 8: 6 sc, bbl, 4 sc, bbl, 4 sc (16)
Pop out the bubbles
Row 9-10: 16 sc (2 rounds) (16)
Row 11: 7 sc, bbl, 3 sc, bbl, 4 sc (16)

It's the same!the number of loops depending on how big you want it to be...one more loop will be fine for this project...or you could make legs and arms with one more loop to make them look bigger than ears and muzzle...

Anyone else getting a 3 legged bear 😂😂 what am I doing wrong? there's supposed to be 2 bbls in R5 right? But I only see 1 in the pattern?

Really??? 🥺 So sad to hear that... maybe you missed a stitch somewhere...If you like make one more using a stitch marker...it has happened to me many times to say "ok it's a small project so I won't use marker" and just missed a stitch on the way and get wrong result...
