2 cup all purpose flour (300 gms)
4 TBSP ghee
Pink of salt
1/2 cup water
1 1/2cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup khoya ( 125 Grams)
1 tsp sugar
4 TBSP almond (1/4 cup)
3 TBSP pistachio
1/4 tsp cardamon
3 TBSP ghee
3-4 TBSP corn flour
Green and red food color
Yields: 12 Mini Khaja

I have checked out many mawa khaja recipe and this was the easiest to follow. So thank you for that. But looks like I messed up somewhere with my dough. I tried not adding too much water so it stayed hard but when I was rolling it out, it would tear if I rolled it thin. I couldn't get it thin like yours. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
