You Answered the question within the first 2 minutes of filming...... paint thinners. Made me spit out my Beer when you said that after using the wheel.
Perfect timing. I was just looking at an auction pick up truck today with logo sticker glue adhesive goo on the doors and box. Thanks for the tips Pisser!
Lacquer thinner and plastic razor blade is my go to. Goof off professional works well, but get it on anything plastic such as tail light and it discolors it. I can clean that entire car of goop in about 45 min.
I've done them that was as well. Just need a ton of rags or you get the goo bugers everywhere!! Lol. I spent about an hour and a half to get this one done with the wheel.
I sell SEM Solve to people who want to remove stickers on RV'S. Lacquer thinner is very strong and could hurt the paint. Wax and grease remover is even milder but does work.
Magic sprays and goops never work on dried decals. The rubber wheel is best so far. I will say, the wheel work will destroy the bearings in the nose of the drill. I buy a $15 corded harbor freight job and throw it away when done.

I've used gasoline which makes it a mess but then wd40 or diesel will take it off
Acetone has worked for me...

The joy of decal removal... Ever tried the notched ones?
