I know this comment was made 2 years ago, but according to the webinar, whether the policy implementation is in compliance with federal regulation is entirely dependent on what policies you decide to implement. This is just a guideline on how to implement the security management system.
All of those are irrelevant to what I have discovered as this was done with out my knowledge which has costs me my identidy my integrity. It has violated my privacy and no one has told me anything at all .
