a very complicated topic .....superbly explained with authentic, relatable easily understandable pictorial beauties. finally i understood the whole bcp process and the way it is carried through
very useful and informative video, for improvement. MTPD, RTO, RPO, NORMAl and MAL should be presented in graphical explanation like XY axis for easy comprehension to beginners.
Should the risk assessment also assess impact over time ( the BIA does this but it seems to make sense to apply it to the risk analysis?)Very informative webinar thanks
Hi Eugine Augustine D' Souza :) Our business continuity management training courses have qualifications that are recognised worldwide, (CBC F, CBC LI, CBC LA etc). We also offer training that you can take from the comfort of your own home: www.itgovernance.co.uk/iso22301-courses
Hi Tony. I see that you have mentioned BCM under the 'Controls' header in the flowchart shown in the initial slides. But you had mentioned in the webinar previous to this that BCM doesn't necessarily Treat, Tolerate, Terminate or Transfer the risks. BCM is used to recover the systems *after* the incident has already happened. So would it still be correct to term BCM as a control in the context? Thanks in advance.

In my view, BCM may be viewed as a corrective control after disaster/disruptions occur, so yes its a control
