It’s just refreshing that alonso has rejected the premier league and Liverpool. The arrogance thinking he would never turn it down. He will be a good manager because he has made the correct decision staying in Germany. His time will come.
I think he will manage Liverpool in the future, he has said he wants to manage Liverpool when he is ready. He must be staying at leverkusen he cannot win the league with them and then go to Bayern and take it back off them

100% , there's a myriad of reasons why he's better off staying where he is for the next few seasons (or more if he gets consistent success). He's still cutting his teeth as a manager but having success while doing it! You'd have to be off your trolley to fix what's not broken

Some of these pundits have zero brain cells. There is one snag in this whole proposition, a little thing called a contract. Doesn't matter what Ange accepts, it's whether Spurs would accept Liverpool's bid. Liverpool have to go through Spurs board first. Same as when Kane wanted to go to City and tried tapping him up. Spurs are in control, Ange has 3 years left on his contract. Liverpool would have to pay up big time and I doubt they would want to do that, just because Ange supported Liverpool, amongst other teams, as a kid.

Ange was treated exactly the same at Celtic as he was when he first arrived at Spurs, that was people wondering who the hell is Ange Postecoglou. Even though Ange brought success to Celtic the board had Ange on a rolling year to year contract showing no faith or business sense to lock him into a long term contract. Levy has shown faith giving a 3 year contract with an option to extend. Ange isn’t going anywhere.
