appreciate the different approaches you use for achieving the same thing please keep doing your tutorials like that! it’s very insightful (i’m referencing the hole wizard for the second hole)
Correct me if I am wrong. Either your isometric view or your section B-B view is wrong. look at your section B-B view, there's mass only at the whole body (no mass at the rib), meaning there are two ribs located left and right, not rib at the middle.
Sorry, apply the steel material to the piece as you do but it does not take on the appearance of your piece (shiny) but rather opaque. Should you configure something else for it to appear the same?
You probably don't have real view graphics enabled. Enable them, if they don't appear in the list then search up on TH-cam how to make them appear. They are usually present for high end PCs and hidden for low end PCs
i ended up just having to sketch a circle on the second part and made the cut instead of using HOLE WIZARD. Could not get hole wizard to work but i did exactly what you did.

3:15 Aren't you creating a part within a part? Wouldn't this cause issues? I was told that having an extrude within another extrude is not allowed.
when you have merge result checked, it will just merge and create one part. So there will be no issues.
@@trutris124 Nice to know. Thanks for replying.
