The screws on mine came a little loose so the seat would.move ever so slightly. Tightened back down, and all fixed, no more nozzle leaks or lack of pressure.
Easy to install, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.
@ 2:26, the drain plug, you're saying make sure it's fully tightened and sealed but the video shows it being turned to the open position? Am i seeing that right? I'm dealing with leaking from the side of the sear right now for 2 hours so far (leaking only when it's running)... been troubleshooting for hours before I found out about this in your video. Hoping turning it one way or the other, will help fix my issue.. Edit** this didn't fix my issue, but thanks anyway! I think i'm returning this thing to Costco.
FYI I have a Brondell Swash 1000 that was continuously leaking from beside the nozzles. I did not locate a release valve to adjust the seat; however when I tightened the nuts holding the seat on the toilet, it appears to have fixed the problem.
My bidet is NOT spraying anymore. I turn the knob and nothing happens. I can feel water vibrating in the tube when I flush but it will not spray. Any advice on how to fix that?
Thanks for these tips! I re-seated the bidet, off and slid it back on the bracket again and it worked like a charm
Found that my seat had shifted back over time causing it to leak under it down the side. Moved the mount Forward and retightened it no more issues.

I have the same issue. Where are the nuts holding the seat? (Plumber did this for me, and I'm not happy with how it works, leaking constantly)
Thanks for the useful tip!
Saved me from opening it up!
Bidet is leaking through the nozzle. Do not know how to fix it, though all connections are perfect suggest solutions to help us. Thanks
