Customer service ne ek bhi call pick nahi kiya, aur service center mein badtameezi se baat ki. Ab main khud hi problems fix karta hoon, kyunki inpe koi bharosa nahi hai.
One correction - OLA did not manufacture their scooters by doing their own RnD. They bought a Dutch electric mobility company called Etergo and along with their technology and patents.

The problem is you don’t take Dutch design to Indian roads where it’s high temp and pot holes and knee depth water. Like it’s scary how electric gates in India can electrocute pple. We were planning to install automatic electric gate but seeing that and during heavy rains pple use our gate to walk on the foot path we decided best decline it.

I bought OLA X1+ in March 2024, But I am regretting I wasted my money, Service center is 65 km from my city, once after raising issue I called them but after that they're not picking my phone. Front and rear Shocker giving crackling sound, many times it becomes dead. Reboot switching not working, many times after start it shows Parked mode and doesn't switch to Eco, Normal mode.

I don't know about everyone but my ola s1 pro bought in 2021 has run over 30000 kms and I have visited the service centre 2-3 times and got good service because of my ola care plus plan. Still it is my daily commute for 50Kms for day.
Revive ho sakta hai ola electric , as examples agar 10% problem lock unlock aa rahi hai to simple lock laga do bhai jo Activa etc me aate hai, software ke sath integration hata do. Jyada complex ke chakkar me puri company bandh ho jaye us se to better hai ki simple features dal do, waise bhi price cut to karna hi padega, cause chinise scooters 33k se milna chalu ho gaya hai.
