This is one of those episodes I can already tell will be a controversial subject. Let’s remember to be respectful to each other. My heart was beating so fast the whole time! *READ AFTER WATCHING* You guys.. I’m not gonna lie I felt sick after that choice. I really hated to do that but, in the rush of the moment all I could think of is Ethan saying time and time again “I’d do anything for Shaun back”. I feel so guilty though! I’m also guessing that someone is going to tell me it wasn’t necessary which makes me feel worse! Then we had the CRAZY quick time events with Madison and Norman. At this point I was so emotionally unprepared 😆. We did it though!! I really thought both were dead at one point… This game is gonna give me a heart attack just like Until Dawn..
Marz you have the choice of not killing him but at the cost of not getting some of the address on the phone. It's a hard choice no doubt about it. But the way I see it the man had 2 daughters that were living with a dealer who's lifestyle would've inevitably got them killed. The origami killer the way I see it gave you someone despicable enought that while not an easy choice it wouldn't tear you up in the long run.
I was fired up alongside you, Marz, even though I played the game like 3 times. Man those scenes gave me emotional overload! Only one trial left for Ethan, Madison and Norman are onto this "Paco", maybe they'll even meet up! Scott seems to be focused on the typewriter lead, which actually seems pretty solid. Good job, Marz, they're all alive and kicking! Now for the million dollar question. Now that you've gotten deeper into the story, Who do you think is the Origami Killer?
You did well with the fight sequences. As you can guess now the game starts to really throw you into situations where you can die easily if you miiss some qtes.
One of the reasons why your QTE's are so intense is because you're essentially playing the game on the hardest difficulty. Also, for the next couple of sections, without spoiling anything, try and prioritise saving others before yourself
@Devprotim Das While not a spoiler, I don't personally like this kind of "tips". What you say will lead her to make choices that she probably wouldn't have made, which kinda ruins her playthrough (we're leading her to the ending WE want to watch, and not the one she would get naturally). Don't feel attack though, it not just your comment, I've seen many tips like this one in other videos.
Its so cool seeing all these storylines coming together. Like in the previous episode with Ethan and Norman and now here again with Scott and butthole. I love stories like this.
Unfortunately it was a choice you could make. In fact, every one of the trials is a choice. There was the coward exit at the power plant. You could have just decided not to cut your finger off. That's why the question is, "How far will you go to save your son." It is moments like this that make this game special. It really wants you to feel that these characters are real so that you feel the weight of your decisions. Now you and Ethan have to live with that decision. But what if you can't save Shaun because you didn't get that clue from the trial. You then have to live with that. Two impossible choices with real consequences.
31:27 absolutely valid. I’ve seen playthroughs of this game before, but it’s always either been without narration or with narration from a guy. Your reactions 100% mirrored mine and I definitely think there are nuances we see as women that others might not. 💕
I lost Jayden and Madison on my first playthrough. Give yourself some credit. Something you may have picked up on, the game deals with very strong human drives, survival, the parent-child relationship, justice, addiction, what would make you break your own codes of conduct. You were also more observant than I was. This is an intense game, on every level. Through all of it, this episode, you soldiered on. Not bad, Marz. :)
With Manfred's death: you didnt see it, but if you had walked over to his office window, you would have interacted with it to see that it was open indicating that the origami killer escaped out the window. It makes sense why he hung up the phone because they cant risk taking the fall for his murder, especially with 911 recording their voices if the phone is left open like that. If they were to risk being a suspect they would be like Ethan with the entire police department on the hunt for him, and if captured it could prevent them from finding and saving Shaun in time. For the doctor, you actually could have left his house before he came back lol. It's been a while since i played this but the car compacter scene didnt look familiar to me. Idk maybe it's because i took a different...i cant remember. As a result, I actually thought you got Norman killed once you were dropped in the crusher. I'm so glad he didnt die. Sub count: 7,015
Hi! Surely they have already commented, but you forgot to erase the fingerprints of the phone that Lauren used, that is the reason why at the end of the scene they focused the phone before appearing in the police station ;) Don't worry so much about the fact of killing that guy, it's not your fault, the game ledas you to do that. Also, you did very well with Madison and Norman, so you should relax and be very proud of yourself ^^ See ya next time, stay awesome!!!
I actually killed Norman when I played the game. He got crushed to death because the motion controls weren't working properly for me in the car. I was really upset afterwards
Ha ha, I can't believe you forgot to clean the phone in the office that you picked up about 1 or 2 minutes earlier, but remembered to clean the toilet flush. I've never seen Norman come that close to death.
Marz , this was such a fricken great episode I had to watch it twice !! I guess in a sick kinda way I was laughing my ass off in those near death scenes & your actions an reactions ;)
This episode was awesome! My fav part is when you thought Norman Jayden died. Also don't worry about the choices you made. It's your playthrough and that's the awesome thing about games like this. That everyone's playthrough is gonna be different. Awesome job Marz!
You got most of the fingerprints but the phone in the back and the door knob of the entrance door are what you missed. You also closed the victim's eyes. The front door is the one i forgot in my playthrough.
OMG this episode was so intense! My heart was racing too, I really thought you had lost Madison and Jayden! I've also been waiting to see what you would do on this trial, I actually wasn't expecting you to go through with it. Lol I loved your reactions though! xD I couldn't go through with that trial myself on my first playthrough, I think you're right though that it's something Ethan would have done
Yeah, when I played first time through I completed trials 1, 2, 3, and 5, but I refused to kill the guy in trial 4. I'm wasn't gonna turn Ethan into a murderer. ;-) I figured I had enough letters to be able to guess the address. I understand why you did it though... the fear of not being able to save Shaun and basically failing at the game. It was a lot of pressure.
he says the kids' names are Sarah and Cindy but the initials RL were on the little desk chair... and he keeps dope around the house and a shotgun? Weird
AHHHH YOU GOT ME WITH THE THUMBNAIL!! Ahh ha ha! I thought the other thing happened but with the other but you were talking about the other event ahahaha!
This game came out the same week as my friend's birthday years ago, so when I showed up for his party, did we do Karaoke? No. Movie Night? Nope. Let's Play Heavy Rain... yes. Everyone. He knew I'd gotten a copy for myself, but the copy I brought for him to do a blind marathon run and the PS3 were his present from me and his parents. Also, the anxiety was not just because you're a girl. The risk of Madison getting mutilated made a bunch of college boys freak out.
Had to shoot the drug dealer but at least you didn't mess with the gasoline haha! This heart pounding episode was a lot of fun. I thought this game was about finished, but looks like there's still some craziness left. Hope you have a relaxing weekend Marz.
5:45 one of the windows in the back room was open, so.... 6:45 no, you missed the phone in the back (and the front door handle) 7:30 yes, the sound mix is a bit off, you can lower the music level in the settings 14:30 don't feel too bad, it's "just a game" after all 34:15 acid baths are used to clean engines
that reaction, was simply Real. I have seen TH-camrs playing games and "pretend" to feel bad, but I genuinely believed you I almost got choked up just Seeing your reaction 😶😶😰😰 I have a feeling that putting it away allows you to "fake" an image or something, but you can't know for sure, I don't blame the choice, I didn't expect it to be so sudden
That was a very intense episode..... i feel your pain marz! I think thats the most rattled iv seen you in a game since your last of us ep 11 video where the dude scared the crap out of you when you were reloading your weapons in the ranch house.
Great job! And the Madison scene was not only intense because you're a girl. I remember I was out of my seat, pounding the controller, out of breath trying to save her. The QTEs in this section are just crazy to experience firsthand.
Also i think you have the difficulty set on hard, if not the hardest difficulty. That's why your QTEs are so intense. Even though you're doing a great job, i'd recommend you lower the difficulty because a failed QTE could result in a character's death. But if you keep it as is, I give you huge props.
Thank God lol that Title scared me I thought someone died lol. I don't know if you have any other series planed after this but It would be awesome if you played Beyond Two Souls it's from the same creator and studio. It's actually a really good timing that you are playing this now cuz there newest game comes out may 25th
Everyone forgets to clean the phone in the back. I missed it when I played, and every time I watch someone else play, they miss it too. It's devious that way.
5:43 Shelby touched that telephone, the one the murderer used to call the cops, and you didn't clean the fingerprints (you only cleaned the other telephone). That's why the camera zooms in on it and you got busted in the next scene.
I learned my lesson. I Watch this, without eating a breakfast. Or else, I wont be able to eat it, while in suspense mode. Good playing though, Marz. I hope you have a nice School lesson on your saturday!
This game's got me stressed out to and I'm not even playing it LOL I noticed that she didn't wipe off the fingerprints on the phone. LOL and I was freaking out when she took the drink from that guy screaming you're going to get roofied. Luckily she was smart enough to realize lol
Same. I was laughing so hard when she was freaking out from killing the drug dealer. I kinda felt bad for laughing at her horrified shock and for feeling sick, but then again...i thought it was funny.
Marz: "I don't think I can handle another QTE like that again today." Me: "Should've ended the episode right then and there." :P That fight in the junkyard was awesome, though. I never got that on my playthrough.
Madison vs the doctor was my favorite part when I played and Norman did die when I first played the junkyard part. It sucked! and super disturbing thinking Norman being crushed to death.
damm the stress in this episode, everytime theres an actio scene i´m always making the motion of pressing the buttons i can´t help it XD and by the thumbnail i thought that norman died cos he can die in that part, i remember when pewdiepie played it he replayed that part cos his norman died XD that was cheating, i can´t wait for next part.

If you like it, I'd appreciate your sub and like. 😊 th-cam.com/video/DVuMLh5bN54/w-d-xo.html
you forgot to clean the white telephone beside the dead body in the typewriter shop. it was a tense filled episode and you pulled it off. two thumbs up to you.
Technically... Shaun has been literally either standing or floating in cold water for days unable to sleep or eat...I think he would’ve died long before the ‘deadline’, no?
WTF, that was nuts! Definitely still too early to check my hunch, but holy crap this episode! You were a trooper for continuing on, I actually felt bad for you Marz, that was just way too overloaded with the amount of emotions and anxiety all right after each other without pause for reflection, don't even know if that's healthy to be honest! Hope you get some good rest this weekend!
Doesn't fingerprint analysis take quite a while? Seems like Shelby and Lauren were taken into custody that same day. That kill test would've been a lot more effective if the target was completely innocent. The fact that he's a crazy, shotgun wielding drug dealer obsolves Ethan (the player) from most if not all of the guilt. Also, including Madison's basement killer, Mad Jack, AND the Origami Killer, how many crazy killers are in this damn city? What is this, Derry, Maine? Sorry if I'm complaining too much. This game brings it out of me.
Enjoying these fast uploads! The reason you got dragged to the police station in the beginning was because you forgot the fingerprints on the telephone and on the door knob. Also, yea, the sound is really loud compared to the dialogue. Perhaps it can be adjusted in options?
I wonder if its posible to get the rewards for the trials without completing them. Would it give you the option to look in the gun? 17:26 i mean werent we all looking at it?
This is one of those episodes I can already tell will be a controversial subject. Let’s remember to be respectful to each other. My heart was beating so fast the whole time!

"I would not do this in real life, you guys." lol
Mars: "i feel so bad. I wouldn't kill him in real life. i couldnt."
Also Mars: "YES! STAB HIM! No. Do it again!"
I Really Don't Like After This Incident She Can't Cantrol In Game 😢
Its so cool seeing all these storylines coming together. Like in the previous episode with Ethan and Norman and now here again with Scott and butthole. I love stories like this.
Oh Marz, I love how attached you get to the characters. :P Your desperate "Norman! Norman!" was so cute.
Acid baths in car shops are used to clean parts from rust and grime or acid etch the metal before prime and paint.
What a range of emotions you went through this episode. I was stressed just watching lol.
Unfortunately it was a choice you could make. In fact, every one of the trials is a choice. There was the coward exit at the power plant. You could have just decided not to cut your finger off. That's why the question is, "How far will you go to save your son."

Yay the snow in the uk is making work super slow for me, so this new episode is making my shift so much more bearable right now! ☺️

I was sooo scared he was dead! He's quickly become a favorite character of mine lol
Heck yeah! He's got all the gadgets, composure (when he's not going through withdrawal), and it's just fun playing as him.
You got most of the fingerprints but the phone in the back and the door knob of the entrance door are what you missed. You also closed the victim's eyes. The front door is the one i forgot in my playthrough.
The shooting at the drug dealer's home reminds me of the movie Leon and the crazy doctor is like in The Human Centipede.
OMG this episode was so intense! My heart was racing too, I really thought you had lost Madison and Jayden! I've also been waiting to see what you would do on this trial, I actually wasn't expecting you to go through with it. Lol I loved your reactions though! xD

19:38 Heavy Rain has such amazing stressful music

Hi from Germany.
Im Happy that i found your channel.
Awesome playtrou'.
Had to shoot the drug dealer but at least you didn't mess with the gasoline haha! This heart pounding episode was a lot of fun. I thought this game was about finished, but looks like there's still some craziness left. Hope you have a relaxing weekend Marz.
There was an open window in the room where Manfred died
That was a super fun ride!
5:45 one of the windows in the back room was open, so....
6:45 no, you missed the phone in the back (and the front door handle)
7:30 yes, the sound mix is a bit off, you can lower the music level in the settings

Waouh ! You really impress me with all those QTE's ! I couldn't handle so much of them at once... You're a boss !
That was a very intense episode..... i feel your pain marz! I think thats the most rattled iv seen you in a game since your last of us ep 11 video where the dude scared the crap out of you when you were reloading your weapons in the ranch house.
Nice episode. I think all the struggles with QTE are even more intense than the story itself! :D
Great job! And the Madison scene was not only intense because you're a girl. I remember I was out of my seat, pounding the controller, out of breath trying to save her. The QTEs in this section are just crazy to experience firsthand.

That would make sense why they are INSANE! I've never played a game with such crazy qte's! Now I'm torn on what to do XD

It's actually a really good timing that you are playing this now cuz there newest game comes out may 25th
Wow you really scared me i thought that you killed Norman
"You guys" is being said so often, you could make a drinking game out of it
Thanx Marz !! Have a safe & wonderful weekend.
This one was intense...and a little uncomfortable. lol
Look forward to the next one.
Thumbs up girl! For doing a good job.
Everyone forgets to clean the phone in the back. I missed it when I played, and every time I watch someone else play, they miss it too. It's devious that way.
Marz went straight gangster this episode
5:43 Shelby touched that telephone, the one the murderer used to call the cops, and you didn't clean the fingerprints (you only cleaned the other telephone). That's why the camera zooms in on it and you got busted in the next scene.
17:26 On his defense....he wasn't looking at her butt. Her butt was looking at him.. 😂 there's a difference 😎
What an intense episode!
Luckily she was smart enough to realize lol
holy cannoli, it was so intense! you're queen of qte) good job, Marz, I really enjoy this video
Don't hate me. I laughed so much during this. :D I just remember going through all those same emotions when I played the first time.
Same. I was laughing so hard when she was freaking out from killing the drug dealer. I kinda felt bad for laughing at her horrified shock and for feeling sick, but then again...i thought it was funny.
I love this game i want to play this too
Marz: "I don't think I can handle another QTE like that again today." Me: "Should've ended the episode right then and there." :P That fight in the junkyard was awesome, though. I never got that on my playthrough.
You could’ve left him alive to because I did and I still got all the good endings
Madison vs the doctor was my favorite part when I played and Norman did die when I first played the junkyard part. It sucked! and super disturbing thinking Norman being crushed to death.
Holy cow, that was intense!
i still can't believe the seahawks never ran the ball and i can't believe marz killed Mike!
You just had to bring up Mikey didn't you! XD
LOL I cant believe you shot him hahah this serious is great
"I'm a father too."
Best part of the game. Epic (and sad) reaction. 😢❤
Stone cold Marz. 🤘🏼
God Bless America!
Hopefully no one dies
damm the stress in this episode, everytime theres an actio scene i´m always making the motion of pressing the buttons i can´t help it XD and by the thumbnail i thought that norman died cos he can die in that part, i remember when pewdiepie played it he replayed that part cos his norman died XD that was cheating, i can´t wait for next part.
I completely understand you got a lot of stressful moments on this episode, and that you just needed a break after all those QTE's. Trust me. I get it.
Just a few days ago I was also doing a livestream of this horror game called SLENDER: THE ARRIVAL... and by GOD!!!! 😧😧 THAT GAME IS SCARY AS SHIT. I cursed throughout the whole episode, and kept screaming like a little girl 😂😂 and when I was finally done with that episode, I felt so relieved, but also I needed to take a moment to breath and get a drink..I felt so tired and stressed. 😥..but it was also rewarding having to go through hell and finishing the episode.
So, take a break Christine, and get a few drinks. You deserve it! 😏 Great job not killing any of the protagonists yet 👍
Also, in case you want to check it out, I'll leave a link of my video when I was screaming like a little girl hahah 😂 in case you want to have something to laugh about. If you like it, I'd appreciate your sub and like. 😊
th-cam.com/video/DVuMLh5bN54/w-d-xo.html
Holy shit lol
God damn!
you forgot to clean the white telephone beside the dead body in the typewriter shop. it was a tense filled episode and you pulled it off. two thumbs up to you.
Technically... Shaun has been literally either standing or floating in cold water for days unable to sleep or eat...I think he would’ve died long before the ‘deadline’, no?
Damn that was cold !
Going by that thumbnail I am already worried. Oh boy.
Woo hoo!! New episode time! *does a lil dance*
That was intense. I'm glad Norman survived in your game, because I manage to kill him there and it was very upsetting.
Hi Marz, great video, congratulations on reaching 7000 subscribers, it's not that long ago I did the same when you hit 3000, well done! :)
Good thing that the police will never find out the vomit and Ethan's DNA in it LUL
Lol I actually thought about that after the scene.. They have all the evidence
There are few Perfect Games LOL but this one was great anyway
Before I watch this, I've had a hunch...let see if it plays out!
13:20 my heart beat stopped
Hahahahahahahah! That reaction.
the title scared me i though
[don't look if you haven't finished the video]
norman died because he can easily die in that scene if you're not careful
I thought she failed it when it dropped in the crusher before she was able to shoot the hangcuffs. I was surprised to see him continue to escape
Marz! Please play the DLC after this!
Jennica Adame oh yeah. The taxidermist! Great dlc!
She can't play the dlc it wasn't included in the PS4 remaster . She would need the original PS3 disk it's not available digitally
and Hidden Agenda (from the creators of Until Dawn) for more serial killer investigation stuff
No no, I think everyone has these thoughts haha. I was thinking about how many crazy killers there were in this tiny piece of the city too!
Hoo boy, i've yet to watch the video, but that thumbnail though...
People can get caught up in moments like that. Nothing to fuss about.
Hey Marz! Play the Uncharted series 1-4. You’d love it!
She already played some of it offscreen (before the channel) ;)
JustJD thanks, didnt know this
No problem
The white phone ;)
At this point Ethan is so desperate that he would do anything, especially considering the drug dealer did start shooting first.
Him having kids does make it even more horrible though
An acid bath could be used for electroplating, like chrome plating or nickel plating different parts exterior like bumpers or grilles.
And congrats on having precisely 7,000 subscribers as of this moment!
Check out Rule of Rose. Not choice based, but weird and eerie.
She killed him 😱 #savage
There is a reason why the scene focuses so much on the Ballerina, but it's a bit short.
Nice rollercoaster you had x)
It's funny how almost all the playable characters are faced with the option of killing someone in this particular chapter of the game.🤔
Marz would you ever try playing through a visual novel style game? Danganronpa for example 😁
Im a new subscriber but loving the content. You kinda remind me of the main female character in mindhunter
When is saw the title and i saw the thumbnail (before watch the video) i was thinking that you kill Jaden at the junkyard 😰😰
Enjoying these fast uploads! The reason you got dragged to the police station in the beginning was because you forgot the fingerprints on the telephone and on the door knob. Also, yea, the sound is really loud compared to the dialogue. Perhaps it can be adjusted in options?
The only part I really dislike about this game is the horrible "stereotype" of the black guy in the junk yard. Enjoying the play-through though.
I wonder if its posible to get the rewards for the trials without completing them. Would it give you the option to look in the gun?
17:26 i mean werent we all looking at it?
