Guys these trick is amazing but let me tell you if you are using 2021 version or 365 days of excel version just use vlookup function you don't meed to use match function just givr your "Lookup value,table array, in the column index number use curly bracket like {2,3,4} ,0 ctrl+ enter you will also get the same result it depends upon you how you are using

If you freeze $ sign comes before F10 like $F10, but if I freeze by function f4 it shows $F$10 and at the end it shows REF

What to do if column names are different between two tables
It's necessary to use same name of column if using match inside vlookup, else you have to input column index number manual.
Is it possible by this function to change data in the searched table and automatically it reflects in the main table?
No! You can't edit the records or cell contain with formula.
But it's possible in Ms Access or via Excel VBA.

अगर main list में एक employee id के एक से ज्यादा रिकॉर्ड हो। मतलब main list में एक employee id कई बार रिपीट हो रही हो तो क्या data show होगा?
लिस्ट में जो सबसे ऊपर होगा उसी का रिकार्ड आएगा। VLOOKU, HLOOKUP, MATCH,L और INDEX सभी functions इसी तरह काम करते है।
