Tomato Update - Organic & Homegrown!

An update on the small Tomato Bed in the front/side garden. Looks like I missed one of the side shoots and another plant has formed (I do it every year).
Can't wait to see the Tomatoes form, they should be ready for harvesting in September/October time so stay tuned for updates.

How long do the flowers take to turn into fruit that’s ready to eat?
(I know some nutritionalist consider them to be vegetables, but by definition, they’re fruit).

Last year the fruit ripened in mid September and I was still picking Tomatoes in early November. A lot of plants flower/fruit late in my garden, so I am lucky to get harvests into Autumn and early winter. We've had very little sun or sustained heat so far this summer, so the outdoor grown sun loving plants like Tomatoes are all behind schedule in most places. Looking forward to seeing how they develop through August.
