Cheif Jeffery I been doing peach crisp for years n apple crisp,but never came out like that I couldn't get that thickness ,now I know, thanks for sharing n making me as better baker n cook for a lot of people. Like you not just for my family I share with needed families n under privilege children , also elderly. God bless you n thank you. Keep the meals coming.

Chef, because I love crust so much, I bake my peach crisp in a crust, place a lattice crust as a topper, THEN put the crisp on top!! It’s horrible for your diet but it’s ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋

I have about 5 dozen or more peaches that I picked from my trees in the freezer (they got ripe right after I had surgery and I wasn’t able to can or process them). I know what I’m gonna do! I’ll get some out, let them defrost some, peel and slice them up and make this!
