-Moderate glenohumeral joint effusion with thick synovium, it contains thin internal septations and debrae of intermediate SI... ? synovitis
-There is thickening of the inferior glenohumeral ligament with detachment of its anterior band from the glenoid. It is associated with posterior subluxation of the humeral head in relation to the glenoid.
-Defect at the superior postrolateral aspect of the humeral head ... Hill Sach. -Bone marrow edema of the humeral head and glenoid
-Infrolateral sloping acromion. Type 1 acromial shape.
-Hypertrophic changes in acromioclavicular joint.
-Multiple enlarged axillary LNs.
