As a goods guard i can say we work against the nature no fixed timing of job you should be at standby position all the time

Guards and loco pilots Ka minimum duty 10 ten hours nature of duty is against nature life while.on duty in risky zone labourous and always.alertness.while on duty
Heavy responsibility on head for safety and security for travelling passengers and railway property also important employees to maintain punctuality of the running trains

Because EOG/Break Van is completely packed and to do flag Exchange Guard has to open his doors of EOG/Break Van then he'll do his flag exchange with the station master but for high speed flag-exchanges through doors of EOG/Break Van are so risky for Guard, So Railways doesn't allow them to do the flag Exchange in EOG/Break Van but even though they have to see the position of the flag what Station Master is Showing
Though they don't make flag Exchange in EOG/Break Van but they do saw each and every flag aspects shown by the Station Master while Skipping through the any of the Station while sitting on his Chair only.....

You have explained niccely about guard now we are very eager to know about duty of station Master,their working condition, their alertness while operating of trains, their residence quarters in jungle type or roadside stations,how their children studying and purchase of daily requirements like vegetables, fruits, emergency medical help etc. We hope that you will try to give full details about station masters.

@@BeyondDawer रनिंग रूम में आराम करने जाते हैं लोको पायलट असिस्टेंट लोको पायलट अभी गार्ड साहब ने खाने का बताया था कि राशन देना पड़ता है तो इसमें सुधार हुआ है शायद आप जब लोको पायलट का इंटरव्यू लो तो उनसे जरूर पूछना क्या सबको राशन देना पड़ता है क्या मंथली देने का कोई प्रावधान रखा है कि हम इकट्ठा दे दिया करें हमें रोज रोज लेकर ना आना पड़े ऐसा परिवर्तन हुआ है?

First of all brother it's not driver it's locopilot.
Technical post with lot of experience and time to time training exam for the locopilot for the updation of there knowledge .
Kindly respect and say locopilots to them . Driver is for normal vehicle but train in not normal.

रेलवे एक बेहतरीन संसथान है एक ट्रेन चलाने में बहुत स्टाफ का हाथ होता है किसी एक की जरा सी चूक से दुर्घटना का कारण बनता हैं। मगर गार्ड व ड्राइवर रेलवे की धुरी होती हैं, जिम्मेदारी भरा पद है मगर सैलरी अफसरो से भी ज्यादा होती हैं। गार्ड की जिम्मेदारी बहुत अधिक होती हैं, जरा सी लापरवाही पर अफसर सखत ऐक्शन लेते हैं कयोंकि जनता की जान माल से जुड़ी होती हैं। एक मिनट भी सो नही सकते अलरट रहना पडता है।
