During a Supreme Court hearing on Monday, Justice Jamal Mandokhail questioned how Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) received an election symbol in 2018 without conducting intra-party polls.
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa responded that exploring this matter would also raise questions about the Senate Chairman's election. The ECP's lawyer argued that PTI's intra-party elections were not conducted according to law, making Barrister Gohar's signature on party tickets invalid.
