Tسپریم کورٹ مخصوص سیٹوں کا فیصلہ پی ٹی آئی کے حق میں دے کر الیکشن کمیشن کے خلاف آرٹیکل 6 کی کاروائی کرے تو پورا انصاف ھو گا۔صرف سیٹیں پی ٹی آئی کو دینے سے انصاف کے تقاضے پورے نہیں ھون گے۔

Why establishment cannot be held responsible?
CONFLICT OF INTEREST. if the reserved seats go to parties in government, they are bringing constitutional ammenments directly benefiting Qazi Issa by granting him 3years extension. All over the the world, a judge with such a clear conflict of interest would exclude him from such proceedings.
