Yes we were in York today. Lovely place but prefer it when it's a bit quieter. We have been to all the places mentioned. I was surprised Jorvik was number 8. It's fully booked at the moment, we couldn't get in today. Oooh looking forward to your future videos on these places then. XXXXX
Yes, I try to avoid York in the summer holidays which is a shame cos it's nice to do the outdoor things in the sun - hope you guys had an amazing time xx
It just goes to show that Trip Advisor is not the best place to go to find out about attractions in Yorkshire. I'm a 74 year old Yorkshireman, and I've never heard of Stockeld Park. You need to get outside York, and visit the Dales, the coast from Spurn to Redcar, and places like Halifax, Bradford, Sheffield and Hull.

I completely agree, I was surprised that most of the attractions were around central York - there's SO MUCH to see elsewhere too
