- Welcome SleepTubers! I decided to make this a freezing cold part (F) in the DREAM WAVES series. This sleep music with winter ambience has a lot of potential to help you fall asleep on a hot summer night. It’s so calming and relaxing to fall asleep faster, or use it as deep sleep hypnosis.
The 1 Hz Binaural Beats Delta waves are extra soothing with mixed in icy ASMR triggers. Brrrr! 🥶 Great to heal insomnia or as deep sleeping music to a full night of refreshing sleep. I experimented on myself for this track and found the serene winter forest ideal to cool down when trying to sleep.

What's more attractive to winter and comforting to my soul and dreams alike, is that during winter seasons I see snowy mountains, creeks or rivers, cloudy skies as the everlasting twilight beauty. It is interesting to dwell on such wondrous weather towards the environments and to plan what sort of holiday to spent time with our loved ones. Which also reminds me of skiing with my family on my birthday a few years ago, then during my outdoor activities it feels like all memories have come back to me, we smile and laugh and hug each other to share with joy and excitement in a place we create our story together. Much love to all in winter, good luck with our plans ahead!

My reason is kind of simple, I much prefer a cold bedroom so I can snuggle under warm blankets :) (Not to mention that I do feel like I'm being cooked in hot weather haha)

I have gotten a new puppy today, and since it is her first day away from her family, she has been screaming and barking for 4 hours now. I’ve been sick because I haven’t gotten any sleep. Since temperatures are well over 100 degrees Fahrenheit where I live, this is a welcome relief. I also CANNOT sleep if I am in any way hot so the colder the better for me when it comes to sleep!
Amen. For me it is 46 degrees celcius, and with the AC and this music on, one can finally forget about the desert thirst and boiling weather.
Unfortunately I don’t think this actually changes the climate outside lol

Thank you for this winter scene, it has been over 100 everyday for over a week here and no end in sight. The high tomorrow is 107. I have been dreaming of winter recently. More than anything it would just be nice to get some rain.
The track does a good job of mirroring the sheer quietness after a snowfall. One of my favorite things to do after a snowstorm is go into the woods and take in how still everything is.

Reminds me of hunting up at my grandparents house. Sitting out in the freezing cold Vermont winter, muzzleloader in one hand, thermos of coffee or hot chocolate in the other. Super peaceful and calming out in the woods.
This is wonderful. It’s very post-rock (without the swelling and crashing). Chords are like a Mono song, has the spaciousness of Explosions in the Sky, and the warmth of Sigur Rós. Reminds me of Signal by the Appleseed Cast also❤️

OMG it's the moment all you Western Hemisphere people talk about but I've never experienced! "This track dropped just in time for me to go to sleep." I usually live in east Asia but I'm visiting family in the Americas (for the first time since ... you know, all of THIS) and I've been having horrible stress dreams.
