I've got a Plan you Chang and all the Other Gangs on NoPixel 4.0 to finally take control of the City of Los Santos or even the Whole Map. I typed it up in the Comments section below the Video by GTA RP Clips Channel (Lenny Quits and Shoots Slack) if you want the whole of Lenny's POV of that moment on the Side, but I'm going to be real with you man...... The Lenny Hawk Affair presents a Golden Opportunity for All Gangs to Rise up as the LSPD/UPD is now visibly Crumbling before our very eyes!
The Plan will be as Follows:
• Starting on April 17th, The Gangs of NoPixel will start patrolling the Major Highways and Roads with as Much C4 as your Characters can Carry on them. Your Targets will be Semi-Tractor Trailers and Trucks. Try to make sure that there's at least 8 Cars or Vehicles behind them as this will allow for Traffic Jams, Pileups and Maximum Destruction. This will continue for the next 2 Weeks.
• On May 1st, Everybody will be Knocking off ATM's and Banks to start Raking in the Money. This will be for the next 4 weeks and during this time, the Gangs will be using the Money to start Buying Whatever Equipment they may need for the Coming Weeks.
• Finally on May 29th, The Gangs will be Knocking off the Casinos in addition to the Banks and ATM's. Again, You'll be using the Money to Buy More Equipment and Vehicles like Rhino Tanks and Cargobob Helicopters. This will be for the next 3 weeks.
Once you've all done this, These Activities are to continue to Lesser Extents so as to keep the Cash Coming in to pay for more Vehicles and Equipment. It should be important to note that these are all to be done as you progress through the Aforementioned Timetable. So while Knocking off the Casinos, you're to also continue Targeting the Semi-Tractor Trailers and Trucks as well as Knocking off the ATM's and Banks.
As a Birthday Present to Nunu el Nene (aka NoraExplorer) on June 19th, All the Gangs should have Enough Vehicles and Equipment in their own Respective Inventories to Start Taking Los Santos or even the Whole Map by Storm. Even with help from the Military, The LSPD won't be able to hold back the Combined Force of every last Gang in the City.
I know that you are also with the Chang Gang, and this in turn means that you'll be working with Popular, Hydra and Saints Gangs. For the Time being, or at least until every Gang has properly Carved out a Piece of the City or Map for Themselves, It might be best to just put your Beef on the Back burner and Focus up on the LSPD and maybe even the Military. Have Fanfan reach out to Nunu and the Fooze Fam, and let them know what's coming up (with exception to the Part about the End starting on Nunu's Birthday), meanwhile you talk with Mr. K and see what he thinks about this. Chang Gang is the Largest and most Powerful of all the Gangs on NoPixel 4.0, and the oldest having been around since NoPixel 3.0, and I'm sure with this means a Great Deal of Power and Influence for the Streets. It would be Shamefully Not Surprising to see you guys just let the LSPD vindicate their Needs for more Funding from California State Governor Gavin Newsome's Office by letting the Other Gangs get arrested or Wiped out by the LSPD and you all in Chang Gang move in and Take up their Territories as your own. But, that's up to what Mr. K thinks about the Plan.
