How in this world the reviewer reports such high gas mileage on 450h, 35 and above 40 mpg when it’s well-known fact that the combine city/hwy is 30mpg?
He is from the Uk and we use Uk Imperial MPG as opposed to US MPG. 1 US Mpg = 1.2 UK MPG . So you’re both right, just got the wrong units of measurement.

Also, you should get some info about Lexus Hybrid drive system: The Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) is never in direct contact with the powertrain. The wheels are always set in motion by the electric motors that's why the car gets off the line so quickly and reaches speeds of 50km/h like that. The ICE kicks in for more power and boosts the electric motors. Actually the sistem is very complex and is like no other in the industry.
I’m going to get a 450 H at some point this year, but it was wondering where you’re not a little bit worried about getting the air suspension considering if it goes wrong it would cost a fortune to fix. Would it be wise not to go for air suspension, for the older models

Other then that its in great condition and has a pano roof which is a big sell point (2011). Is SE-I a game changer or not? I don't drive a huge amount so would be using it for social and weekend driving on motorways and country roads.
Hi, Thanks for watching the video and taking time to comment. I think on the whole the differences between the specs is very minimal. Overall the basic mechanics and drivability remains the same. Some of the Premier and SE-L additions were options on an SE-I so it may have some of them. Having said that I think I would have still had one even if it was base spec. A very impressive car regardless of spec. Good luck with the search!

yeah this V6Hybrid is the best and smoothest Hybrid and they did a big mistake let down the GS450H or do not bring in a new IS or ES with this powertrain !!
Yeah definately, in the current line up the RX450H (excluding the monster V8 LCs etc) has the quickest 0-62 time by almost 1 second, that is absurd to me. Thanks for watching.

What's that rattling noise when you are in move? Just wondering if is the dashboard, had an rx350 2007 and i sold it because of dash rattle was bothering me.
Not sure what you are referring to. There wasn't any noticeable rattles in the car other than the rear door seals creaking over large bumps. I think is likely to be the poor sound on the go pro.
I have the same year car but premier model before I had the 2009 GS 450h it was brilliant speed but small boot due to batteries. I decided I needed a new bigger car boot wise was going to get a nx but when test driving was not impressed so looked at the RX was so pleased I did I have had mine for18 months and love it. Thanks for info on the hybrid warranty not done a 100000 yet but good to know I always get serviced at Lexus. Look forward to the next vid thanks
Do you have any battery problems since you guys almost 10yrs old hybrid car.? I am looking at a 2011 Lexus rx450h now, I am sorry about the high volt battery is going bad. Is there any way I can test it?
Absolutely no hint of battery problems. It's had its hybrid check every 10k miles and was on 131k miles when I sold it. It still had another 5 years unlimited mileage hybrid warranty (15 years).

One thing i do have to mention, and i hope you don't take this the wrong way but you really need to think about what you're about to say next and that's because there's that "Aaaa" in between every sentence, was driving me insane 😂
Unfortunately I don't think so, its only about 1m between arches and anything at an angle will interfere with the sloped hatch. I have carried 8x4 sheets on the roof bars but you have to support it with wood as in my opinion the standard Lexus clamp on type roof bars are too close together, the mountings for the clip in ones look to be in a much better position.

@@JPKMotorsportWorkshop new NX will get the RAV4prime PlugIn with 302 hp or so....after that they bring up the new RX hopefully with a TTV6Hybrid !!

Not sure what you are referring to. There wasn't any noticeable rattles in the car other than the rear door seals creaking over large bumps. I think is likely to be the poor sound on the go pro.

What is it like driving on bad roads? I’m looking to sell my 09 Mercedes ML350 petrol as it is terrible on bad roads and potholes
To be honest its pretty good. I havent driven an ML to compare but it does drive smooth on rough country roads etc.

Can It fit a 4x8 sheet with hatch open? If not flat, can a few sheets fit on an angle?
