Toyota 80 Series Landcruiser Injector Pump Removal

In need of a new injector pump so I figured I’d save some labour money and give it a crack myself. Not too many videos out there on 80 series pumps especially for 1hdt’s so hope this may help anyone in a similar spot. Might have some info wrong always open to criticism. Will be planning on posting a part 2 for reinstallation. Cheers
