Nice review, thank you! The best one so far that I have seen.. I am trying to decide between the 6'6 or not... There is no 6'2 option where I live. But I am coming from a 7'0 Wave Bandit soft top. I have beens surfing all my life but had several years off due to surgeries and I am 55 years old. The soft top feel like a tank to me now So I want to get this same board. I am 1.81 tall and 70 kilos. I think it should work well. I live in Chile and we have amazing waves all year round and usually almost too big... Lol

Yo. Love this mate! I've been on the 6'2" since bouncing back from my shoulder surgery. It goes in such a big range of surf conditions and is definitely the closest thing I've ridden to a proper short board. It's my only board and goes real good. Word homez!

Thanks mate. Yeah I knew you ride one. I'll have to try out your 6'2 at some point

Best review on this board. Please help I really need help - I really want this board but im between a 6'6 and 6'2. 80kg 180cm beg - int level. I just sold my 6'4 fish, I was hoping to get a 6'6 because in Taiwan most of the time waves are quite small and sometimes I feel for a slightly bigger board on smaller waves. So the 6'6 makes sense for me. But would the 6'6 be ok in bigger waves? is it possible to duck dive? you seem like a big guy with a good skill level, could you duck dive the 6'6 on a big day? Duck diving / mobility is important to me. I dont wanna get caught inside and get smashed around, I prefer duck diving, like I said also a big heavy guy 35yr old 80kg 180cm.

If I got another one I would go smaller. It felt a bit big for me. I'm 115kg for reference. No problem duck diving the 6'6.

I have the same board and want something to step up to when the waves are good. Im a bigger guy at 6’1 210lbs. What do you use for your performance board?

I've reviewed the Lost EL Patron, Pyzel Ghost and Matta Driver XL. All great options.
Or something like the Lost Uber XL or Matta 2825 which I've reviewed if you are looking for more of an all round / hybrid shortboard

Sweet Potato as a groveller. The Pod Mod in 6'2 as a daily driver
