As per my understanding and personal experience Kashmiri pandits food contains *no garlic 🧄 no Onion 🧅*. In fact historically entire J&K and Himachal uses no Onions, no Garlic. But later on Dogra’s were corrupted but Punjabi culture and partly started using onions and Garlic in their food cooking.
Great recipe. Instead of adding water, I can also add the water that is left over after taking the boiled Nadru out of the cooker. Right? It will have more nutritive value.
