- Grede Iron Mountain installed its first S-Max® machine in 2018, followed by an S-Max® Pro in 2021. Using processes like robotic grinding and sand binder jet 3D printing, Grede offers quick-turn castings while reducing the need for assembly and the associated hard-to-find labor, making advanced manufacturing part of the DNA of the iron foundry as it positions itself to grow into the future.

We toured this foundry yesterday, and got a great overview of the 3D printer by Kyle -- so impressive!
Wow... I know how difficult some moulds to do manually...imagine having this.. great

I don’t think that’s it. I think kids are too lazy to go to work these days and want to do a TH-cam channel.

So many company's ...including mine ..can't get employees for one simple reason.....your too greedy ...and you don't offer benefits for the long run to retain people...
