If they don't like it don't buy it but don't impose their negative comments on the rest of us. I agree with you the truck is styled very nicely in my opinion the best-looking truck on the road today. I hope that your product shuts some of these idiots up bitching about the lack of tow hooks. Wish you had a V8 kit as well so the V6 haters would go away. I for one as with most truck owners today don't use our trucks as trucks. I don't take mine off road or use it to tow anything so tow hooks, gear ratios, and lack of a V8 are a non-issue. I have two small children and I love the added safety that heavy trucks add in the event of an accident. I love the new Tundra as it is and think that Toyota did their homework with its design. They will never be able to please everyone, but most people will be happy with this truck. The rest can go buy one of the big three.

You did mention in video that the recovery points and winch would allow for recovery but can you speak more directly how strong the bumper is for a real life recovery. My concern is with the many bolt ons and no welding to frame that it might allow the bumper or winch plate to be distorted in a real life recovery. Can you speak to this concern? Thanks.
what are those 2 openings next to the tow rings? kinda square openings, cant find any info about it, and does the warn 103255 fits without removing the front grill bracket? or does it need to go away?
For our climate out here on the west coast would you be able to make this bumper out of stainless or aluminum. The salt air we have out here will rust plastic lol.

I'd say you have your choice of mounting a winch or a license plate, can't have both. Not all states require a front plate, so it is not a issue for everyone. There are 20 states that do not require a front plate.
If you are not running a winch then you can mount the license plate to the front bumper directly. If you run a winch then there are several fairlead mounts for license plates that you can purchase. Either way you can be legal for your state if you need to.

The best place to see the winch line is through the factory grill opening above the winch mount. Otherwise you have to look through the side openings on either side of the fairlead.
Hello CBI, I am finally ordering one 2 question please. You model does not have the grill camera like mine. So you didn’t mention wether or not the center grill protection effects it or not. Does it? Also regarding my active wind defector. I thought it had to go. Sounds like here we can keep it. Has there been updates since this video? Can I keep it or does it have to go 😢 thank you 🙏🏻
The new Tundra front end is really growing on us. Plus once you do a few things it really starts to look awesome! To each his own however as it took some time to grow on us.
toyota made a weak tundra but a strong after market....you have to get this and buy that to make it look like a truck...but at the end of the day its just a v6 with little rear gear.

No it does not interfere with the front camera and our bumper is significantly stronger than the crossbar so no worries there!

The parking sensors work with our bumper just as they do in the stock bumper.

No it doesn't but if you do not like how it fits we have a relocation bracket available to move it up as well.

But can you see the winch drum/line and the line feed on the drum while winching? It’s critical during winch operations.
The best place to see the winch line is through the factory grill opening above the winch mount. Otherwise you have to look through the side openings on either side of the fairlead.
