Lemon Tahini Dressing, Wishbone Restaurant Style...my best attempt

Not necessarily approved by The Wishbone Restaurant.
"Recipe":
6 to 10 lemons (juice)
I jar of Tahini (roasted or raw)
1 pepper (red or green)
5 stalks of celery
Soy Sauce
Oil?
some pepper?
Parsley??
