This game shows us that Bergkamp was playing for wrong team his whole career. Denis is made for Barca, his ideas and vision of football is what Barca is all about and it's such a waste that he never played for the team he was made for. Same for Arsene, coaching the wrong team on wrong bench.
He could of gone there but in 1993 it was a three foreigner rule.
Barcelona had Romario, Laudrup , Koeman & Stoichkov.
He would of been ideal for the way Barcelona play but Bergkamp wanted to go to Italy as it was the best league at the time.
Anyway I'm glad Arsenal bought him.

Never a penalty back then. He dived over Adams’ legs. Cheating Barca as always. We should’ve had at least 3 clear penalties far worse than the one given. Barca absolutely did not deserve that scoreline against the best Arsenal team of all time.

A poorly edited highlights edit that fails to show enough of how goal scoring chances were created, which is just as important to see as the final shot or goal. Much of the artistry and magic of football is in the buildup. Who wants to see endless footage of van Gaal or Venga looking worried on the bench, or of players wandering about? Not me. This is not a Hollywood movie it's a football match, stop trying to turn it into a soap opera and show more of thre passing and vision that leads up to goal scoring chances.

@@Has-o9d This is incorrect. The games were played at Wembley due to Highbury's pitch size not fitting UEFA's requirements. So for the first two years of Champions League football, Arsenal played at Wembley. In 2000/2001, they changed it.
