First off digging your content, especially the food and cocktails portions! Thanks for showing me this 7 deadly sins roll, I mean how could that not be good 🤤. Everything looked good though. Love interesting takes on bread pudding too...that one looks great. Well done sir!

You're by far my favorite Vegas TH-camr. Your video quality is insane (including the editing) and you have a great personality. I'm sure you'll have multiple 100k subscribers in no time if you simply continue going your path.
Thanks for all the great content, I've been to Vegas multiple times (I'm from Europe) and through your content it feels like I can experience Vegas anytime from home.
Another historic hidden gem in Nevada is the Mizpah Hotel in Tonopah, built 1907 right in the middle of nowhere halfway from Vegas to Reno. It beams you right back to the times of the Wild West and has a very special vibe to it. I've visited it twice and can't escape but from time to time look for videos from guests about it on TH-cam. It'd be a dream to see a video of you rating your experience at that place as well. I'm sure you'd find it fascinating. :)
    All the best to you!

6:13 I happened to have all the ingredients to make this today. About $30 in materials from Costco (A5, King Crab, Caviar)

When it comes to Japanese sushi food it’s not about the ambience which is usually more Zen based (simple but clean and pleasant), it’s all about the food quality and presentation!

I'm glad you had a good time. My group and I had a great dinner at Kumi last year. There were about ten of us and we had more "basic" food - sushi, beef, chicken, noodles, etc. - all of which was excellent. We had a great waiter as well, who helped me select some great Japanese whiskeys. I, too, would highly recommend it to anyone who likes Japanese food.

We stayed at Delano in June and ate at this restaurant. I was the only one of our group of 5 who really appreciates Japanese cuisine, so we had some basic things like California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, and noodle/rice bowls. Food, drinks, and service were all good. I would definitely go again to try more on the menu.

@@kovy689 I’m not sure. There were 5 of us, and we had several drinks, so I’m sure it was several hundred dollars. My husband’s friend picked up the tab.

Hi James, when you’re in between Vegas trips, would you ever consider doing a few top ten lists? Ex, top 10 of your favorite Vegas restaurants, top ten of your favorite bars/lounges, etc? You go to so many places all over Vegas and there are so many choices, especially to a new visitor looking for something memorable and not just a mediocre tourist trap. Thanks for considering!

That Don Julio drink looked perfect 💯🎯. You mentioned YellowTail - it remains my favorite. I rarely make it down to Mandalay because it's either lively or really dead (especially colder months).

I have not had real sushi but I’ve heard there’s an insane difference in quality from the high end stuff. Ramen in the store tastes NOTHING like real ramen. I’m looking forward to checking this out! Sushi is so good for you.

4:35 MP for “cooked” king crab feels a bit silly when it’s handed out like free at buffets. If they did a raw king crab shabu or something I’d be more forgiving.
