The HBO documentary Brandy Hellville & The Cult of Fast Fashion which premiered at SXSW, explores Brandy Melville, the popular clothing chain that's known for its classic Americana staples. However, the store has very toxic practices, such as "one size fits most" clothing, mean customer service representatives, and contributing to the toxic practices of fast fashion. This documentary explores the true cost and backstory of the brand's low-priced clothing.
