you missed the manhole cover from the Pascal-B experiment it was going at 37 miles per second or 130,000 mph at a minimum, and if it left earth atmosphere would have been the 1st man made object in space.

I can only imagine that it didn't make the list because the speed wasn't measured, more calculated by 2 or 3 frames of high-speed film.

The experiment you are talking about happened in 1957, but V2 test rockets launched into space as early as 1944.

They forgot about the manhole cover. It was accidentally shot up when it was covering an nuclear explosion during a test.

Ironically if it left earth's atmosphere it was the 1st man made object in space. there's still some debate whether or not it did.

Consider that the X-43A uses hydrogen fuel and only had powered flight for 11 seconds and then proceeded to glide for the next 10 minutes. The whole time it's gliding it'll be losing speed tho, but it's still a good design.
The X-51 uses JP-7 fuel, which is what almost everything uses in the US. It's longer at 24 ft vs 12 for the X-43A and heavier at 4k lbs vs 3k lbs. However, the X-51 flew under it's own power for 210 seconds and covered a lot more under that time then the X-43A's 15 mile distance.
Since it doesn't have a lifting body design, it only glided for about 3 mins vs 10 tho.
It's good to reach a high top speed, but how long you can sustain it for matters too. Otherwise you lose range or a high terminal speed

New Horizons is faster than 6 times the speed of a bullet if you use a kind of conventual or even hypervelocity bullet from a small arm or tank for comparison.
It's around 12 times even when using hypervelocity.

Conventional bullets aren't close to the speed of sound. Some armour piercing, high velocity cannon fire at higher than the speed of sound, but barely. It'd have to a rail gun to be the kind of bullet the video is thinking of.

To go the speed of light you can't have any mass. This goes as far as for photons. It takes infinite amount of energy. To travel it we cannot make what is not made. It cannot take physical form and therefore never be at rest.
