Irish trad tunes: Irish washerwoman | Merrily kissed the Quaker's wife | Cunla | Irish washer woman

Finally had the time to edit the video clip for these wonderful Irish jigs. Shot the footage for it in the past few weeks and they waited on the shelf to be edited.

These are 3 beautiful jigs that I really love to play. I learned it from the compositions that the brilliant Pierre Bensusan created when he arranged these jigs for guitar in DADGAD tuning.
The nice thing about these jigs is that you can endlessly play them as you can loop them like I did in this rendition: I started off with 'Irish washerwoman' and let it flow into 'Merrily kissed the Quaker's wife' & 'Cunla' and then back to 'Irish washerwoman'.
When I play these jigs it can almost bring you into some state of meditation especially if you accompany it with other instruments like the bohdran and the bouzouki.
I learned that jigs are typical dancing tunes so you'd better get up on your feet :-)

Thank you, my friend! Yeah, whenever I play these tunes I feel the energy flow so a good remedy to get yourself energized.
As for the affirmations on the wall: they also help to stay focused on the positive things in life ;-)
