I can't really dance...But my fingers can!
Here's my rendition of "Irish Washer Woman" and a bit of some original soloing on the mandolin!! It was fun learning and arranging this song!
My sister and I filmed the video on our camping trip to Tallahassee, Florida!

My grandma was a McCarty from County Cork and she used to dance the jig to this ! Love this song ! You are a fantastic talent .
This is a traditional tune - calling the playing of it a "cover" should not be neccessary, because nobody owns any rights.
I totally agree. 👍 The tune is timeless and a favourite practice piece for novice fiddle players.
