I really enjoy the first person mod videos. It feels like a whole other experience, plus the actual gameplay is great and your commentary is really interesting. If we could get more of these, that would be great.
I had 70 hours in Wildlands from all the way back in 2017. When the first person mod came out, I put 30 hours on top of it in less than two weeks... Wildlands > Breakpoint

Amazing stuff RMG. This mod takes wildlands to another level. I really enjoyed this, and whilst I have in the past gravitated to GR for the third person aspect, I do agree that an option to switch to the FPS should be included.
Thanks man! It's hard for me to say what I prefer honestly, on one hand I love third person shooters and Ghost Recon feels really good in it! On the other hand I love how much more immersive and grounded first person can make a game. Both options work so well that it's impossible for me to choose, it's definitely something I plan to mention when I make that video talking about the Ghost Recon series though. :)

If you're coming from Breakpoint there's some definite improvements to movement and enemy detection that'll be missing, however the atmosphere and story is certainty more interesting and gritty I think. I also definitely recommend playing in third person first and foremost to experience the game as intended and get a better understand of how your character moves but I can't blame you for wanting to dive headfirst into that first person mod haha.
No the only major issues I've noticed are that when swimming you can see through the water, scenes like that interrogation the camera tends to be locked to the left completely misaligned and lastly the obvious clipping issues with your weapon sometimes but with a lower FOV can be fixed.

I had something like 800 hours before the first person mod and now it just feels so different I won't be surprised if I pass 1,000 hours haha.

Combat finally looks good. Any issues with UI or stuff?
