M5 JUNCTION 28 AND EAST DEVELOPMENTS (video, 26.03.24)

The start of Cullompton's new industrial estate has started to the East of the Town. This area I will be re visiting over the next 10 years to record what's changing.
The area is also set for an upgrade to junction 28 and a new relief road.
THE DEVELOPMENT The development is part of the mass expansion of Cullompton. The areas along Honiton road (currently green fields), will start with 1,300 new homes for East Cullompton as part of the town’s huge expansion plans.
In total, 2,600 homes will be delivered in the area, which wraps around the proposed Culm Garden Village - which in itself will provide up to 5,000 new homes.
