personally,for me the best time to eat burger is during rain time..and half the sauces,since sometimes they put more than 1 sauce,and the overflowing is a bit much for me..with half sauces,u can taste better the meat,vege,egg,bun and the sauces so it wont be soggy/too wet the bun especially ..not only normal burger,but mostly i do this,for like roti john,cripsy or anything else on the menu.. best way to see it,look at how the stall prep 1 order before ordering one for yourself.. that way u can limit how much each sauces is..

I always order my burger with "Kurang sos, tak nak leleh" 🤤 because I don't like it when the sauces are overflowing. Most of the time I eat by disassembling the burger too, so too much sauce are not...the best for my style of eating.

Yeah we doesn't care, if we hungry we would eat even tho it late at night. Besides many people work until 12 midnight so this kind of thing actually really helpful for tired worker
Hasan Burger is around 30 years old at that same location. Last time in early 2000 my home just in the opposite block facing Hasan Burger and sometimes I sat down with the boss Mr. Hassan having a chat. That time he made the burger himself but already started training lots of young chef for his second stall... and the queue wasn't that long. I was still single then and now with 2 kids, its good seeing his business still going strong and Mr. Hassan also don't need to always be there (as I can see in the video, unless he's hiding from camera 🤔) to supervise his staffs 👍🏻. His burger is very good that I sometimea went back for it after moving out of Ampang. 🤤

Ramly has a more expansive type patty with 99% meat called Oblong. When I was in Malaysia i used to eat Oblong Burger rather then the standard one.

My wife from Japan and we love eat burger during late night at SS15 (The Burger Shop) beside Carls Jr shop and Mentari Sunway (Burger Baek Sunway). You should try this 2 places and the sauce is kind of special.

If you want to know ,you can see the paper..daging : beef and ayam : chicken...the word beef on the paper is brown colour and chicken on the paper is blue colour..

November and December are flood season(in exchange for winter) in Malaysia... So, it's normal for a rainy day or night... Actually, it's an appreciation for the cook if you repeat...

Burger daging sedap
If you like chicken, then you should try Crispy Chicken burger. Its basically fried chicken in burger package. Not all stalls have them so have to look around a bit. Shouldnt be too hard though.
