Hi Ko! 😀Any plans on making the KRC channel available on Spotify? I have BITR episodes set to automatically download on Spotify so I always have something to listen to during my runs or while traveling. It would be great if your livestreams are also as portable, so it can be the number one livestream to listen to while trying to find the gate for your connecting flight.
Air quality has even gotten poor down here in Alabama. Last night was so bad and was almost 100% humidity. I had to cut it to a short 45 minute “easy run”. Air quality was better this morning and even made the threshold run feel easier than last night.

I live in Houston.. lol Baltimore humidity and heat is Nothing compared to Houston. This morning at 5:45 it was 85 with 100%
Loved the speed 1 and 2, but never picked up the 3’s because the material of shoes seemed cheap and not worth the price
IMO it has gotten a lot less painful to max out now as a 15 high 5k than it did when I was dying trying to run like 21mins
I totally agree with Speed 3 being overrated, I just use mine for daily plods.
