This is a bunch of guys working, hammering, moving things around by hand without gloves and without coordination, using primitive and improper tools, wearing sandals, exposing themselves to significant harm, resting the machine precariously on tires and forcing wheels back onto the grader with very dangerous hand force. This should be titled "How to Slap Together a Broken Grader Tandem Seal Without Technology". Then, not only would the fix be impressive to observe (which it is), but the video would be accurate. For How long does any modern grader mechanic viewing this video on You Tube think that this "fix" will last? Sure, you've got to admire these guys for working on this broken grader seal using the tools available. But "Technology"?
