Beauty pageant events and competition organized in Nagaland is not less than Paris however not a single reached Miss India, miss world is dreams of dream. No offense no discouragement to our sisters but if you are truly representing the feminist for a better future, society will definitely support you.

That has always been my curiosity, where do they go and what do they do after winning beauty contest? Because unlike other skills and professions, winning beauty contest have no practical relevance in the market which operates in the principles of 'Survival of the fittest' in term of some hard skills and knowledge. Apart from sponsoring some products and gaining useless followers on Instagram, what impact do they create in society?

Do you remember that pagent, back in the years she's from Chuchuyimlang Village Ao, community tribe, I'd forgotten her name but she was a well know Miss-Nagaland/Mokokchung at that time everyone knew her, later on she joined the poilicts and got married to a idk? MLA/MINISTER but the fact was that, She snatched someone's dad/husband. Coz this Bride was married before and He and his wife was still living together before he got married to the miss pageant. So that's where it ends. 👍

I forgot tge year but it was of Mr Nagaland.... So on the final round a question was asked to the contestants so the one who got the title mr nagaland said if i became the one than i will motivate the youths and many more promises made but after winning the title along with the cash and a bike , he sold the bike at spot and the cash he enjoyed with his friends with bottles.... 😅😅😅 And next year no ata pata

It's just a means of earning money for those who invest money and organize it. The winners have nothing to do for society, they attend some programs give some motivational words where they don't do anything themselves. In short it has nothing to do for the society and it does impact anything.

Lack of support in many fields in our state is still prevailing ..... And same goes with beauty pageant ( Well this field gives platform to speak directly about the ongoing issues ) And If there is support in all the fields for youth ..... I believe Nagaland can reach greater heights ....And same goes for beauty pageants...... ' ENCOURAGE , SUPPORT AND PROMOTE ' With these qualities I'm sure we will see something better .... And to bring changes in the society .... We need cooperation among people ...... and support which is still lacking !!

"support"!!?? How about the Miss World and Miss universe winners?? Have you heard about them after them winning the title? Ofc some rare few become movie stars, some few help NGO's.... And here's the weird part, They aren't even on Runway modelling, ofc after they win the title,they do a cover shot for some magazine and that's it.... A pagent title is just that,a title, it's not a carrier choice, ofc you win money ,or get movie offers or some rich men offering money in exchange for sleeping with you.... That's the end. It is not a glorious life.
In short, we should first developed our roots eg Financially static, morally strong, emotionally matured.. A person those who search only for fame, beauty and money will end their career on the very stage he or she is participating.
As a responsible citizen this is my point of views.
