Public are the main culprits....why because we had the opportunity to elect a good leader from this constituency. We sold our 5 years for a few thousand. So its time we embrace this situation and just move on.
It is better to give salary to the fair price shop dealer at least 5000 per month not the transportation and unloading charge rs, 100 per quintal, from their also department also rs,35 is deducting by INSPECTOR of the department, per one quintal two bags of 50 kg. one empty bag is weight 650grams per one quintal 1.30kg jute bag (khali bosda weight) for example if in one village/ ward / colony etc. 80quintal rice is getting then mutdia charge / unloading charge and transportation/vehicle hire rs,8000 per issue is getting from their they WS will deduct 33% by Inspector. 8000÷100=80 , 80×66=5280 this is hardship face by the fair price shop dealer, and all the public are getting free cost near their doorstep but still shouting

You are wrong regarding in this issue. This is not done by the politician but practising by the fair shop dealers. This is a day light robbery. Shame on those dealers, they even selling the empty rice bag for ₹20 per bag.

The council or suppliers should pay transportation before the department pay transportation charge, bt why Rs 1 and 1 kng from every card holder. & the concerned authorities should check tome to time in every FPS

First to comment. Atlieast they are getting by 1 rs. But in many other placeses they are charged 4,5 rs at the same time we don't even get half of which they are getting.
Please come & do a coverage at kuda Village Half nagarjan also, it will be of great service to the people.
Even in sovima village there is no free rice sometime come and check
FCS department must also clarify. The FPS dealers are stuck in between sometimes over transportation cost. In my area we get only 4 kg per person out of 5kg.1 kg is deducted by dealers for rent and transportation cum certain miscellaneous.
They come in private car ( SUV) to collect free rice mean for poor.

Here in Mon we are facing the same situation, for 25kgs of rice we pay ₹.30 etc etc etc. We don't have ₹.5 change, so we don't kept important for it. This are too much.they took ₹5 from us for free.

It's not 1kg per card holder but 1 kg per head, ie if a card is of 5 person than 5 kg is deducted

Until and unless those corrupt politicians or top govt. Employees faced the jail term nothing would make any changes or differences, meanwhile covering such issue is just waste of time until and unless the corrupt officials faced charges or dragged them in the court and face off befor the eye of law.
We seems to be a DOG barking seeing COW eating grasses though a dog don't eat grasses.
Corruption is not happening in just 1 or 2 or 3 particular govt. dept., almost all department is doing the same in one way or the other.
We Nagas were stuck in such condition that, even if GOD came down he would faild to fulfill our needs nor could change the systems back.

Dear hornbill TV i think there is also over charge of light bill in some villages where they are charging Rs. 9 per unit which is like commercial rate per unit whereas domestic rate per unit is below Rs. 5 per unit as per gov rate if i am not mistaken and it's Rs. 100 if the consumption is 0 to 30 units whereas some VEMB is charging Rs. 9 per unit. Is it fair on their part please let us know the reality with your inquiries from the Department
As per the latest updates by Power dept, they have mandated bill of ₹530 each household (domestic) so not sure about the per/unit charges but this has gone out of hand. People like you and me are paying bills on timely manner but what about those who are using hocks since they were born what about them. Power department always releases about warning and all but nothing in action.

It is not the fault of the village elders food and civil supply department need to clarify why reimbursement of fares are not in time... Kgs of rich should be distribute as per the card holder deducting that sacks weight. Let us be happy at least they charge only 1 Rupee lets check it most of villagers are charging more Rs.3-5.

The distributors are doing a great job taking up the responsibility and TROUBLE to organise and distribute they sacrifice time and effort to deliver the goods to all of us. Applaud them , stop accusing complaining without understanding much .most of them are giving their best ...it is only few parts where there are lots of corruption and news of those aren't even brought to light .👍

Out here in Mon District we don't get for free they always charge money for transportation
PMGKAY scheme was only till December 2022. The current free rice is under NFSA, which the central government has made free of cost till december 2023.
From Past 5-6 months till now we are getting rice without penny.
Come in chick and mon town also everytime sometimes 👍🙏

CM and Finance should answer our cry.
Our govt. is yet to give around 50 months of reimbursement to FPS dealer in Nagaland including PMGKAY. Any yet when the dealers gets the money, they deduct 25%, so how will the dealer survive?, specially the private dealer coz they are asked to follow the rules of the dept. Lastly FPS dealership must not be handled by ward authority if we want transperancy in distribution. NFSA criteria for dealers appointment must be strictly followed.
We are still paying two rupees per kg. In kohima. Why not getting free rice out here

For us we use to pay 80 rs in 32 kg... Before we use to get 64 kg this year we r getting only half. Why is that so...
